After experiencing first hand the beneficial effects of Reiki, I knew I wanted to train to be able to offer this to other people, and am now a qualified practitioner to levels 1 and 2. In Feb 2020 I gained my VTCT Reflexology and Level 3 diploma in Human Anatomy and Physiology. I gained my certification to treat Cancer Care Clients with Reflexology by the FHT in April 2021. I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists. Fully Insured with Public liability covered by the Alan Boswell Group.

If you like to feel at one with nature then the Harmony room is perfect for you. It is light, airy, and cosy, with soothing music, gentle aroma of essential oils, and the most amazing mural that is impossible not to lose yourself in. Outside as the weather warms you will be able to see the flowers and fruit trees blossom, hear the birds singing, whilst listening to the sound of the water feature.
The Sanctuary room is situated in my home. This is a warm, inviting room with the peaceful glow of candles, salt lamps, beautiful scents of essential oils, and soothing music that make you feel instantly at ease.
As a complementary therapist, it is important to ensure that from the moment you enter my therapy room, you feel safe, and comfortable, giving you the best treatment possible.
What makes me different ? I take my time with you as a person.
Before every treatment, I like to do a catch up on how things have been for you since your last visit, there maybe times that you need off load, have a rant, have exciting news on your progress and want to talk about it. You may need some clarification on your healing process, or questions that need answering. What ever the reason you have come to me, for a treatment, I strongly believe that it is important for you to be comfortable, to be able talk and not feel rushed. This is all part of a healing process. And with self acknowledgement you move forward.
Treatments usually take up to 60 minutes. Occasionally they go over, if they do, not to panic, you will have plenty of time to recover and leave when you are ready.
Government Covid-19 guidelines are strictly adhered to. Rapid Covid- 19 self- test are taken twice a week to ensure our safety.
On entering the premises you will be required to wear a face mask unless exempt, and asked to wash your hands or sanitize, you will be required to answer a quick Covid questionnaire.
